Such a beautiful time of the day to have been there, too. "The light was streaming onto the diner's tiled floor ..." I was sitting in the corner, looking out, and had picked up a take-out menu on the way in. That gave me a head start on the waitress, she took about 3 and a half minutes to come 'round.

I ordered Pita a Hummus to begin with and, when that arrived, deciding on the Zu Zu's Signature Gyro. But not simply 3 items did I receive, all-in-all came the 12 or 13 pita triangles, a scoop of hummus, a cup of tzatziki sauce, 2 pickled spicy yellow peppers, and a handful of fresh sprouts garnished with 2 red onion slivers. The order was rounded out with the Giant Gyro and a side of Tabouli, which landed shortly thereafter.

Delicious, every bite. Even the bites I took home and have yet to eat. And, actually, they're gone now. I miss the place already!
